For trailers and heavy equipment, you will need to show your driver's license, credit card (not debit), and auto insurance.
For other smaller tools and equipment, you will need to show your state or federal ID, and credit card (not debit).
All rental units are expected to be returned clean, on-time, and if applicable, full of fuel. If item is not returned full of fuel, you will be charged our current fuel rate to refill.
Any unit malfunctions must be reported to us by phone at the time of malfunction. Do not wait to report any malfunction, as this could result in additional damage. Our authorized repair company will provide repairs and we will discuss options of extending when your return is due.
For daily rentals, your rental is due back within 24 hours after pickup or delivery.
